As a bonus action, the creature can target one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17) or become frightened until the end of its next turn. While frightened in this way, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls.

Multiattack. The creature makes two attacks: one with its Aura of Regret and one with its Ethereal Touch.
Aura of Regret. Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) psychic damage, and the target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 17) or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn from overwhelming sadness.
