Wail of the Ocean's Forgotten Heart

In the depths of the sea, a specter of sorrow roams the waves, a remnant of lost mariners and sunken ships. This ethereal being appears as a shimmering, translucent figure, adorned with the remnants of ancient fishing nets and barnacles. Its mournful cries echo across the tides, infused with the deep, nostalgic grief of those who have met their demise at sea. The air around it is cloyed with the salty stench of decay, while the faint glow of bioluminescent plankton dances around its form. The creature's spectral visage draws in those who lose their way, luring sailors and adventurers alike to join the ranks of the forgotten.

Creatures that encounter this being may find themselves haunted by the stories of its past, feeling an overwhelming sense of longing and sorrow, as they are compelled to listen to its tragic tale. Those who succumb to its call may become unwitting allies in a plight they don't fully comprehend, or suffer the consequences of the wail's tragic fate.
