Veil of Twilight Whispers

This ethereal cloak appears to shimmer with a gradient of deep purples, midnight blues, and soft silvers, as though it captures the twilight sky just before nightfall. When worn, the fabric feels cool against the skin, and it whispers soft secrets of forgotten knowledge that can only be heard in the silence of the night.
While wearing this cloak, you gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light or darkness. Additionally, once per long rest, you can activate the cloak as a bonus action. For the next minute, you may become invisible while in dim light or darkness. The invisibility ends if you attack or cast a spell.
As a reaction when you are targeted by a ranged attack, you may fading into the shadows, causing any attack made against you to have disadvantage. If the attack misses, you can teleport to an unoccupied space that you can see within 30 feet of you, reappearing as a flickering silhouette before solidifying back into view.
Finally, the cloak grants you the ability to cast “Message” at will, allowing you to communicate with allies from a distance in hushed tones that only they can hear. The whispers linger for just a moment, nurturing secrets that could turn the tide of battle or weave in and out of conspiratorial plots.
However, keep in mind that while the cloak enhances your stealth and mobility, it carries the burden of memories from those who have worn it before. Each time you use one of its features, you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or become momentarily haunted by whispered thoughts, imposing disadvantage on the next saving throw you make before your next long rest.
