This ethereal cloak shimmers with a ghostly hue, appearing almost transparent in dim light. When worn, the fabric seems to ebb and flow as if caught in a gentle breeze, whispering unintelligible secrets just beyond the edge of perception. The cloak is adorned with delicate silver runes that pulse faintly when activated.
While wearing the cloak, you gain the following benefits:

Whispers of Knowledge: As a bonus action, you can activate the cloak to gain advantage on one Intelligence-based skill check or saving throw of your choice. Once you use this ability, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.

Ethereal Echo: When you are targeted by a ranged attack, you can use your reaction to momentarily shift your form. Roll a d6 and add the result to your AC against that attack. On a roll of 5 or higher, the attack misses, and the echo creates a brief afterimage of yourself at your previous position, distracting the attacker until the start of your next turn.

Cloaked Insight: Once per day, you can cast the augury spell without expending a spell slot. When you do so, the whispers from the cloak may provide you with cryptic hints related to your question, offering insight that is both perplexing and profound.

Shadowed Movement: While wearing the cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in dim light or darkness. If you successfully hide, you can choose to become momentarily incorporeal, allowing you to move through opponents and objects as though they were difficult terrain for a single turn, before reappearing in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of your original position.
