Whispers of Doubt. As a bonus action, the creature can choose one creature it can see within 60 feet of it. That creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of its next turn. A creature that saves is immune to this effect for 24 hours.

Soul Siphon. When the creature reduces a target to 0 hit points, it can regain hit points equal to half the target's hit point maximum. This ability causes the body to vanish as it is consumed.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 3) piercing damage plus 13 (3d8) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Swallow. The creature makes one Bite attack against a Medium or smaller target it is grappling. If the attack hits, the target is swallowed, and the target is blinded and restrained. The swallowed target takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the creature’s turns. If the creature takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the swallowed creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 feet of the creature. If the creature dies, a swallowed target is no longer restrained and can escape from the corpse using 15 feet of movement, exiting prone.
