  • Soul Binding: Whenever this creature hits a creature with its Affected Touch, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or have its soul partially tethered to the creature for 1 minute. While tethered, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed. The affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns.

  • Aura of Sadness: Creatures within 30 feet of this creature have disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened and charmed.
