Ethereal Veil of Silken Shadows

This shimmering cloak appears to be woven from fine strands of shadow, giving it an almost ethereal quality. When draped over the shoulders, the fabric flows like wisps of smoke, and it seems to absorb light rather than reflect it. The wearer feels a distinct sense of stealth and elusiveness while adorned in its embrace.
Once per long rest, as a bonus action, the wearer can merge with shadows, becoming invisible until the start of their next turn or until they attack or cast a spell. While invisible in this way, they leave behind a fleeting silhouette that confuses enemies; any creature that can see the silhouette must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or have disadvantage on their next attack roll against a target other than the wearer until the end of their next turn.
Additionally, while wearing the cloak, the wearer gains a +1 bonus to Dexterity saving throws and stealth checks. This cloak also allows the wearer to cast the spell "Pass Without Trace" once per day without expending a spell slot.
The cloak's enchantments are further enhanced by dark shadows. When the wearer is in an area of dim light or darkness, they can choose to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space they can see within that area. After using this feature, the wearer must finish a short or long rest before they can use it again.
Should the wearer face a significant threat, they can draw upon the final power of the Vale. Once per long rest, upon dropping to 0 hit points, the wearer may disperse into a swarm of shadows. This allows them to become incorporeal and reappear at the start of their next turn with 1 hit point in an unoccupied space of their choice within 30 feet. The shadows then dissipate, and the cloak becomes dim and dull for 24 hours, rendering its magical properties inert until it is recharged through a short or long rest.
