Elysian Shard of Eternal Reflections

This palm-sized, translucent shard glimmers subtly in varying hues, reflecting an array of colors reminiscent of a sunset. When held, the shard feels warm to the touch and pulses gently like a heartbeat, as if containing a core of shimmering energy.
While attuned to the shard, the bearer gains the ability to commune with their reflections. Once per long rest, they can invoke the shard to create an ethereal duplicate of themselves that lasts for 1 minute. This duplicate acts as an ally in combat, mirroring the bearer’s actions. The clone is treated as a hostile creature with half of the attuned person's hit points, and it can make melee attacks using the bearer’s spell attack modifier. The duplicate disappears once it is reduced to 0 hit points or after the duration expires, leaving behind a trail of glittering light.
The shard also grants the ability to manipulate reflections in nearby bodies of water or polished surfaces. Once per short rest, the bearer can use an action to cast the Mirror Image spell without expending a spell slot. The reflections created by this spell seem to shimmer with the essence of the item, deflecting incoming attacks.
In addition, once per day, the bearer can perform a special ritual with the shard during a pool of water to glimpse into the future. The player can ask a single question about a possible future event, and the DM will provide a cryptic image or phrase that pertains to the event’s outcome.
However, the shard challenges its bearer as well. The bearer is haunted by fleeting visions of their past failures and regrets. Whenever they roll a natural 1 on an attack roll or saving throw, they must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be compelled to relive that moment, taking 1d6 psychic damage and suffering disadvantage on their next attack roll or saving throw.
