Echoing Pendant of Ethereal Guidance

This delicate pendant is crafted from an iridescent crystal that seems to shimmer with a soft glow. When held up to the light, it casts an ethereal reflection that dances around the wearer, creating the illusion of flickering shapes that resemble the faces of long-lost souls. The pendant lends its wearer a heightened sense of awareness and connection to the unseen.
Once per day, as a bonus action, the wearer can activate the pendant to receive guidance from spectral echoes of ancient spirits. For the next 10 minutes, the wearer gains advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks, as well as allowing them to see invisible creatures and objects as if they were transparent. The echoes provide muffled hints, giving the wearer the ability to sense ill intent, granting them a +1 bonus to saving throws against being surprised.
In addition, if the wearer is reduced to 0 hit points while the pendant is active, the echoes of the pendant give the wearer a second chance. In that moment, the wearer can choose to make a death saving throw with advantage and roll an additional d4, adding the result to the total. Once this feature has been used, it cannot be used again until the wearer completes a long rest.
While attuned to this pendant, the wearer occasionally hears whispers from the past, offering cryptic advice and insights during times of peril. Once per long rest, the wearer can choose to re-roll one skill check, ability check, or saving throw, but must accept the new roll, no matter the outcome.
The pendant can only be activated by those deemed worthy by the ancient spirits it connects to; thus, it may resist being worn by those with malicious intent.
