Echoing Chalice of Mystical Memories

This beautifully crafted chalice is made of shimmering silver, its surface etched with intricate designs depicting ancient tales of valor and loss. When held, the chalice seems to vibrate softly, as if it is alive with the echoes of long-forgotten events.
The chalice has the ability to store and share the memories of those who have encountered it. As an action, a creature can pour a liquid of any kind into it (not magical) and invoke the memory of a person or event that holds significance to them. Upon doing so, the chalice fills with a misty liquid that glows faintly.
When someone drinks from the chalice, they can choose one of the following effects:

Memory of Valor: The drinker gains advantage on their next attack roll and saving throw until the end of their next turn as they feel the strength and courage imparted by the memories of past heroes.

Echo of Sorrow: The drinker is transported into a vivid shared memory of loss or hardship. While this can cause emotional distress, it also grants the drinker temporary hit points equal to 1d8 plus their level (this can be used once per long rest).

Reflection of Knowledge: The drinker may receive a fleeting vision of insight related to their current situation, allowing them to make an Intelligence check with advantage immediately after drinking.
In addition, once per day, the chalice can be used to cast the legend lore spell (DC 15). The spell does not require any material components when using the chalice. If the chalice is poured out and its contents are spilled, the chalice loses its magic until a long rest is completed.
The chalice vibrates softly in the presence of unfinished business or unresolved issues, providing hints to those who are perceptive enough to listen. While attuned, the bearer can roll a d20 whenever they feel mentally unbalanced, gaining insights into their own memories that can guide them in their decisions, granting advantage on one skill check per day.
