Cloak of Veiled Visions

This exquisite cloak is woven from shadowy threads that seem to subtly change color as they move, making it appear like a flowing mist clinging to an unseen form. When draped over the shoulders, it grants the wearer an enigmatic presence, enhancing both their stealth and perception.
While wearing this cloak, the user gains a +2 bonus to Dexterity (Stealth) checks. Additionally, the cloak has the following properties:

Veil of Mists: Once per long rest, the wearer can activate the cloak to become partially ethereal for one minute. During this time, the wearer can move through objects and creatures as if they were difficult terrain. The wearer can only pass through non-magical objects and must end their turn in an unoccupied space; if they end their turn inside an object, they are immediately expelled to the nearest unoccupied space.

Glimpse Beyond: The wearer can use a bonus action to enter a state of heightened perception. For the next minute, they have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks, and they are able to see invisible creatures and objects within 30 feet, as well as through illusions as if they were transparent. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until the wearer completes a short or long rest.

Shroud of Shadows: If the wearer is attacked while in dim light or darkness, the cloak can activate a defensive response. As a reaction, the wearer can impose disadvantage on that attack roll. Once this feature has been used, it cannot be used again until the wearer has completed a long rest.
The cloak whispers secrets of the ethereal planes in soft, indistinct tones, enticing those who wear it with glimpses of realities beyond their comprehension. Caution is advised, for the secrets it reveals may not always be benign.
