Moonlit Veil of Ethereal Whispers

This ethereal cloak shimmers with a silvery hue, seemingly woven from strands of moonlight and whispers of the night. When worn, it feels weightless, as if it were crafted from the very essence of dreams. The cloak has the ability to imbue its wearer with the silencing power of the night sky.
While wearing the cloak, you gain the following benefits:

Silent Step: You can move seamlessly through shadow, allowing you to take the Hide action as a bonus action. Additionally, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light or darkness.

Ethereal Flare: Once per long rest, you can use your reaction to create a brief flash of ethereal light around you. This effect can be triggered when a creature attacks you. The attacker must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be blinded until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the creature is not blinded, but they cannot gain advantage on any attack rolls against you until the start of your next turn.

Whispers of the Night: You can cast the message and minor illusion cantrips at will, requiring no material components. Additionally, once per long rest, you may cast cloak of shadows without expending a spell slot.
The cloak’s true potential is revealed under the light of a full moon. If you spend a short or long rest wearing the cloak while in an area with unobstructed moonlight, you can imbue it with the essence of the lunar cycle. The next time you are reduced to 0 hit points, you may choose to remain conscious and instead revert to half of your maximum hit points. This visionary state lasts for one minute or until you are healed. Once used, this effect cannot be activated again until the next full moon.
