Echoing Amulet of Temporal Insight

This amulet is crafted from shimmering silver and adorned with a large, translucent gem that pulses with a faint blue light. Inscribed on its surface are intricate runes that seem to shift and change as you observe them, hinting at the amulet's connection to the passage of time.
Once attuned, the wearer gains an enhanced perception of time, allowing them to gain insights that others might miss. The bearer can use a bonus action to enter a state of heightened awareness, granting them the following benefits for 1 minute:
- Temporal Insight: Once during this duration, the wearer can impose disadvantage on one attack roll made against them if they can see the attacker.
- Echoed Action: The wearer can immediately take an additional action on their turn, but must choose a different action from any they have taken recently. This can include a different spell, attack, or skill check.
- Glancing Beyond: The wearer can momentarily glimpse into the immediate future. Before making a saving throw, the wearer can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to their saving throw.
Once the amulet has been used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn. In addition, the amulet has a unique ability that can activate under specific conditions: during a moment of significant battle or when the wearer is faced with time-sensitive decisions. If the wearer is in a situation that would lead to serious consequences (death, severe injury, or failure of a crucial task), they may roll a d10. On a roll of 1-5, the amulet shatters and is rendered useless; on a roll of 6 or higher, it grants a one-time retroactive action that allows the wearer to reroll any single d20 roll they just made.
The amulet, while powerful, comes with a warning inscribed on a small plaque that hangs from the chain. "The past cannot be rewritten, but the present can find new paths." This serves as a reminder to the bearer of the responsibility they have in manipulating time’s flow, as the reckless use of the amulet may attract the attention of temporal spirits who guard the fabric of reality.
